There is a reason why he owns 60+% of the company and the upcoming board elect are composed of majority Ecuadorians and from Miami Florida.... Anyone that follows my bb's knows Dellers major investment firm is based in Miami. Deller has taken over the board, which was composed of mining scholars from Canada, and replaced with bankers. Deller NOW has what he needs, a board of peers that will give him his 2/3 majority vote on and decisions made by the largest shareholder. These goons don't know mining but they know how to deal.
