Debenture Offering

I'm just wondering if new Debenture Offering was already approved by TSX Venture Exchange? Perhaps that's the reason why we are not moving anywhere until this Debenture Offering is approved. Any thoughts? I have been holding this stock since May as well. GLTA!

Hard telling Mastiff, Glenn may have started it on the off chance the PEA wasnt great or the offers werent what he wanted incase he needed the $$ to drill the copper strike length. He may have paused it or cancelled it or just be waiting to see what happens over the next weeks. GL
