From what I can see Odin is neither worth very much, nor does it have much of a cash flow. It borrowed 1mm recently and has done no work in the past two years. Something fishy about this deal!

They did some drilling back in Q1 2015 and then acquired some land in late 2015. Otherwise yeah not much going on there.
