Where's the value?

Where's the value?

I took a small profit on this stock but at the current levels I no longer feel comfortable. Is their only asset this heart monitor? Also with insides holding majority share anything can happen. This almost seems like a pump to raise money so they don't go under. Won't offering a private placement to raise capital just dilute our common shares? The stock was at 4 cents and they were about to go bankrupt how does an FDA approval raise it 10 times? Do they at least own a patent on this product?
