They wont sell and here's why. At this level they need to control the shares and they know it. The float is low and because of it the price will go much higher and for their financing this mean less dillution and more money, 2nd they wont want for a competitor to come and buy all the share on the open market and then find out that they are not in control anymore. they need to keep over 50% of the outstanding and they will.
