Electra Battery Materials Corporation is a Canada-based processor of low-carbon, ethically sourced battery materials. The Company is focused on building a supply of cobalt, nickel and recycled battery materials. It is engaged in the business of battery materials refining, including refining material from mining operations and from the recycling of battery scrap and end of life batteries. It owns two main assets: the refinery located in Ontario, Canada and the Iron Creek cobalt-copper project located in Idaho, United States. Its projects include Ontario Refinery, Recycling, Becancour, North American Nickel and Iron Creek. It is in the process of constructing its expanded hydrometallurgical cobalt refinery, assessing the various optimizations and modular growth scenarios for a recycled battery material (known as black mass) program, and exploring and developing its mineral properties. The Iron Creek Project consists of mining patents and exploration claims over an area of 3,300 hectares.

RE: re: stupid--a note from last AGMI won't comment on what is being discussed other than to relay an anecdote from the last AGM. I was the first person to ask a question of the CEO that day and I swear that I felt a "how dare you" vibe in the crowd when I said the company should do a better job of publicizing its LME Grade A premium of 8 cents to spot prices of copper (anyone ever heard about that before I mentioned it?; I can't remember my other question, but everyone looked at me like "how could you question our rulers judgment"). Gill has the final say as evidenced by who he has on the Board: end of story. NOTE: Knowles did not embezzle anything as they wished him well in his other pursuits, so the bottom-line is safe and growing. Buy with confidence and hold with conviction. You are getting a gift before the big spike up by month's-end.
