Resistance at $20 reminds me of resistance at $9Ok, it doesn't really but it is good for some of the new AUR-Else gang to note that some of us have been here for a while and can testify to how the stock is supressed and supressed and then just pops to the next level without looking back at it did when it broke $9, pulled back a quarter or two and then moved decisively to over $12.
When in doubt, think it out: The stock is in a sector that is consolidating; it is one of the few companies that is actually increasing productiona and lowering costs going forward; it has over $4/share NET CASH in the bank right now on track for around $6/share by year end; it is trading for a multiple of about 4 times cashflow when the sector average is well over 8 despite the aforementioned net cash; and it has a handful of excellent development properties to say nothing of about 12 Billion pounds of reserves. Oh yes, I almost forgot, it sells its LME Registered Grade A production for about 7 cents over spot prices (so don't forget to add that in). Cheers.
