AUR takes out QUA

AUR takes out QUAAur need to find a source of cash that is outside of Chile, all the cash that resides in the country of Chile is subject to 18% tax to take the money out of the country. Look at this GEN a company that just product 36.6 million pounds of copper and has gold credits of 60 cents a pound in the first quater of 2007. This company also has one of the largest Moly deposits in the world, an extremely large prospect in Chile and another mine coming on stream next year in nevada, end of Q2. All this and more with a market cap in the 400 million dollars range, QUA represents more then twice the value of AUR and can provide them a cash cow in the america. With AUR shopping around I would bet money that QUA is in their sights, a stock deal would work well for AUR and then the company would have a diversafied cash and production base, and would be able to develop the world best moly project all by themselves. My guess on a takeout price would be about 18 dollars a 50% premium, I still think it would be accretive to earning and cashflow. Especially if you discount all their earning in Chile by 18%.
