Electra Battery Materials Corp. V.ELBM

Alternate Symbol(s):  ELBM

Electra is building North America’s only fully integrated, localized and environmentally sustainable battery materials park, which will host cobalt and nickel sulfate production plants, a large-scale lithium-ion battery recycling facility, and battery precursor materials production, to become a reliable supplier to both North American and global EV and battery supply chains.

RE:RE:RE:News out

RE:RE:RE:News outI’m not pleased with today’s release which basically says that the independent feasibility study FCC announced in May does not not qualify as a feasibility study under the CIM definition. I will think this over some more and am not sure how to treat this release. FCC fundamentals still seem OK but the last number of news releases were useless for driving the share price up. I hope we get bought out quickly by a big player who has lots of money to move this forward quickly unlike what current ownership can do. The current plan is taking too long, which creates risk for falling way behind others and therefore losing our advantages. The cost of buying out FCC would be pocket change for big corporations like Tesla or Glencore. They could advance things quickly without fooling around. Money = speed and reducing have to connive and negotiate with uncertainty. Still long for now but will be very careful. Looking forward to other opinions if any are posted. GLTA
