I want to share some of the answers I got back from FCC for my inquiries.
"I can provide you with a broad answer but I’m unable to provide you exact details.
We are in discussions with bank, credit funds and private equity groups. We have received several proposals and now are entering phase 2 – likely with 2 finalists.
It is hard to predict when this would be completed, mainly due the fact that different counter-parties have different due diligence requirement including a site visit.
The summer holidays and COVID are minor factors impacting the schedule, but we are tracking well and we will have news in the market before long."
