The Wall

The WallWhoever has set up a wall at 14 cents isn't really interested in selling in my opinion.  Looks to me like they are primarily interested in freezing the price until they're ready to pick up a pile at a discount.  Until we experience institutional buying, this is what FCC stockholders have to put up with.  It's been like this for as long as I can remember.  At this price, an institution could come in and buy a large percentage of FCC.  A very ugly game is being played at our expense.
