Financing restart I honestly believe that FCC will not need major financing to have this refinery go on..
Look at how much Glencore gave them as a loan..
with there Feed from Glencore to get them going and more than likely feed from their own property in Idaho I think they will be ok
Their back up financing will come from their Interm shelf prospectus supplements.
