u typically don't post although I follow all your comments faithfully. Commercial financing is a long complicated process. It involves financial due diligence, environmental assessment, engineering opinions about building life cycle costs etc etc etc. It can take months at the best of times. Add the challenges of covid with bank employees working remotely, staff on leave due to covid impact, outside experts working more slowly etc I would expect that timeline to lengthen considerably. I think all the panic about an announcement may be premature
