It's not as though this was not predictable.... so why do you (Dig) think this was unnecessary? Where are those catalysts developments and announcements that Trent assured were around the corner? Like GF, I'll ask what Electra (Trent) should have done?
How about tangible movement (and communications) regarding refinery developments and the promise of revenue generation?! Oh, and while we wait... in the interim....no additional dilution through mass issuance of additional shares.
