Does that make a mine?I think it would cost them just as much or more to get that project on line, than they have value listed in the "NSR" values.

I also believe those grades for cobalt particularly, don't make a mine. 0.19 & 0.08?!?!?

The inferred copper values are kinda ok.  Seems like they go to Innovo (the Co that authored the report) whenever they need the best look they can get...7 years running.  Hmmm.

LOTSA work left to be done.  Long time coming.  What about a refinery local to that project?  Anyone know who owns it?  If it exists?  Who has the tolling inside track?  Pretty sure there is another larger, American Co playing in that same backyard...their back yard.
