RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Down we goHey EIJ, thanks for the well written post and; Yes of course. It wasn't really a question tho, elbm doesn't really do cobalt, they do battery recycling, no? And they don't really do that right now either.
Yes the Glencore "investment" seems SO long ago. Did they pay that back or convert into shares?
Idaho is about more than permitting and the "associated" barriers; it's primarily about the reserve in the ground, and for that, I am not sure I am a believer; the work just hasn't been done yet. I believe the permitting, if it gets there, will be the least of their challenges in Idaho.
NO ONE will dominate the cobalt space but the DRC and the Chinese. Period. Facts. Not Cobalt, ON, and not Idaho, or Ireland, or Sweden, or anywhere else. The point is almost moot. The DRC is slavery, plain and simple. Hard to compete with that. They also hold over 85% of the globes known cobalt reserves, so there's that.
The "trend" is what got FCC/ELBM into this mess. It will not get them out of it.
Only their performance can do that; deliver something. Anything.
