RE:I smell take over OR Sale OR...Seeing how it will take 12 months to finish the refinery once funding is secured, we should know pretty soon if there will be government funding for this either from provincial and federal governments or US DoD so Electra can fulfil it's contract with LG Energy. If they can't close the funding gap soon then yes, another company that can make progress on this disappointing project will have to step in and get it done which will be terrible for shareholders.
