RE:Fortune MineralsELBM may never become that, and they certainly aren't that right now, despite their company description.  They are a money pit, in need of serious cash to complete their facility/bus plan/mandate/promises/commitments/word.

That facility very well could be sold to the highest bidder for THEM to complete.  And the saga continues...
