Just watched a YouTube video of Trent mell talking about the Refinery............
doesn't seem like much has changed let's hope he pulls through on financing or this is a huge bust

Thanks NB.....we love Mell's ambitious future plans , but........ the key to all his big-talk is the Refinery. And that needs the Financing completion (that  he's been talking for years now)  to Start the Refinery. It's the Golden-Goose that'll  do all of Mell's big fast-talking plans .  Will we get an ( attractive ) , legitimate, creditable , Finance deal?.

They should at least get the concrete done and put up the structures so they work through the winter. They have sufficient cash for that and doing so would show they are serious.

  Whether or not they have the cash for construction right now is not relevant. If you watch the video update from Trent where he was outside the refinery, he explains there was a drill behind him which is to be used by the engineering firm they hired to drill down into the bedrock to see how far down it is. From there, the engineers can figure out how to lay the foundations and design the
