Fraud question

According to another board "Trent Mell is in court over defrauding the Canadian government $10 million bucks given to FCC".  While anything is possible these days I tend to think that report is pure BS.  But does anyone here have the scoop on what this is about?  I was not aware that FCC had actually received the money and the way this liberal government hands out money this would be a big surprise to me.  I highly doubt our TM is a crook like our fool boy PM!  Anyone?

SilveradO --Never heard anything about that.  Which other board ?

This was posted on yahoo finance this morning.  If you look at the press release in this regard from late last year leads me to think this post is pure BS.  It takes years to get something into court and this financing is months old.  But as I said you never know.

There is nothing on the net about this. Must be BS and if it is the poster should be sued in my opinion. No reference or link was given by the poster.

Agree wholeheartedly, greenstar. This is outrageously callous if not true and in the absence of references, alarmingly unethical. We are talking defamation of character and the poster should be held accountable. Where is this "rumor" originating and what motive is behind it?

Thanks natureBoy. I also brought the post to FCC's attention.
