Looking forward to the consolidation

Good morning all. For the past couple years many of you have heard me complain of the fact that no matter how much good news was thrown out by FCC the stock did not move. I mean, it really was pitiful. Trent complained many months back it was far too many stocks out there splitting the pie too thin. Finally, thank God if you believe in one, this is going to be rectified. All of us are going to have less shares-those of us that do qualify-but they will be worth more as you already know. It will make fcc far more attractive especially to American investors who like their stocks no less than $3 per share. In my humble opinion this is a good thing and a big step in the right direction.

I agree. Let's get the reverse split and uplistings done ASAP. It does not matter what the analysts target prices have been or are, FCC's share price has been very immune to good news, derisking, fundamentals etc. Temporary price bumps followed by slides back are good for come and go day traders, not for longs. Eventually there will be cash flow that will force the price up, but in the ...more

This stock has been immune to good news ever since the first share consolidation was first proposed last year,  Buyers do not want to buy a stock that has a high chance of consolidation because they usually drop afterwards.  Look at the calendar dates that the original 5 to 7 share consolidation was proposed last August/September of 2020 and watch its prior excellent momentum fizzle ...more

Thank you very much 17Digger for explaining it way better than I.  What you stated is exactly true. No share Consolidation but creating revenue and  that  is the true empowerment that makes the stock rise in price. This is what share holders really want and desire in the share valuation  To hell with all this consolidation. Management gets way to much in shares performance ...more

Blackbriar 44 Yes, I think that you are absolutely correct. Somebody in management wants to get paid in higherr priced 18/1 shares.. I totally agree with the insight that we grow our real share value as our revenue grows. Vote Not  to Consolidation in the Proxy Ballot Item 4!

17Digger@ If you are so afraid of the "possible" consequences of a stock consolidation it is because you are not adhering to one of the most important principles. Never buy shares to 100% of your free capital, always keep at least 20% free for eventualities that allow you to get started even better. Stock consolidations are always unsuccessful when the business model itself fails. Do ...more

17Digger,                  Since you appear to have taken perspective from a cursory view of the proposed consolidation, comparing outcomes that have very little similarity with the current FCC consolidation proposal, I offer the following more rationalized deliberate company perspective: Principal Reasons for Effecting the Consolidation  page 16 ...more

If they only wanted 60 million shares they would have asked for only at 10 for 1. Obviously they want more shares x 10 rather than less. Vot NO to Consolidation financial engineering again! xxx
