Finally! And long past due!

Good morning all. I was very happy to finally hear that we are going to consolidate. As many of you know - at least those who have been here for a couple years or more - I've always said that we need to get rid of so many shares that were eliminating every catalyst that came along. All good news was met with a shrug. Finally, it's been announced that we are indeed going to consolidate. I hate to say I told you so - but I did tell you so. Especially to the Old timers like Marshall -and others. Vindication. So to you Marshall - I say you deserve a piece of humble pie - despite you being here for so long you know so very little. Consider this a lesson and the catalyst to move your thinking forward. I know you are an old dog - but despite the cliche you can learn new tricks. As always best wishes all and we are going to move forward with you or without you.

Hah! There you are. I wondered how long it would take. Just remember, NOBODY likes an "I told ya so." :) Enjoy. Many have agreed with you but the stinkers who have disagreed have been fairly loud and unpleasant! On we go. GLTA!

Well Goatburner yes you did say so. Our Trent is a bit of a chess master.  I didn't want this but here we are. Hopefully Trent has a few more moves ready. The upside is all things being equal we should see a rise in our investment not just because of the consolidation but because of recent derisking, momentum towards production and the fact that ELBM is a good investment.  I think we ...more

Goat, goat, goat, relax buddy, you're runnning a little hot. One day you're praising my post on diversification and the next you're attacking for no particular reason.  It's all good, no need to start throwing darts.  ELBM will do ok and you're stress level will drop.

Can anyone suggest it right time to out before consolidation?  Please advise I may sell all shares today.

I have never seen a stock, post dotcom era, move significantly higher, after a consolidation.  18:1 roll back makes the stock = $0.277/share.  Then factor in the exchange rate of about $1.34:$1, and we are right about where elbm needs to be to clear the requirement.  Now the question becomes, will it stay there?  Additionally, to move from $5 per share, to $10 per share...the ...more

Yes, and at the top number too...no doubt elbm has something cooking, but it begs the question of what exactly.  Nasdaq listing bid is set at $5...after that, $1 is the minimum bid requirement to maintain the listing.  The end hustle is on.
