seems extreme good value to me . A month ago I bought a first position ( 8000 shares ) . After researching a bit more , today I double my position . Given the dividend policy and valuation I conisder this investment for the longterm and not for trading purpose . I hope i will enjoy there expertise and feel owner interest is properly aligned with other shareholders
