is well on the way though the recent sp decline would have most thinking otherwise. I suggest to most to take the time to contact Robin or George to ask the basic questions as to why one would want to be invested in EMM.
Cormark Securities and Beacon Securites are taking down $10 million at .44 cents that will be closed by months end......don't be surprised to see this over subscribed as Robin referenced this at the recent Red Cloud Conference.....like he said, " $10 million" is a lot of money for a Junior Mining Company that is clearly on it's way to becoming a producer.
Get ready for the following;
1. Updated Resources that will significantly enhance the mine life and increase the NPV.
2. FS to follow, the team working on this will need to add these new numbers to the model.....going to be much larger than the previous NPV stated on the Investor's Deck.
3. Demo Plant Design and construction phase will follow shortly, EMM has the money right now to purchase all material required for the Demo Plant. They will be in fast track mode keeping in mind that most of the equipment is not sitting in warehouses around the world ready for purchase.
4. The NDA with am OEM.....I wonder who that can be with, forsure a European Company who are closing the gab on Tesla as they are not the only dog in this race.
5. Only three companies oustide of China are in this sector and will pay $250-$500 per ton more for the High Grade MN which EMM has plenty of.....in other words they want to purcahse the MN from companies with certified ESG Carbon Foot Prints......you know this Climate Change that keeps popping up every hour.
6. MN price around $1600 tonn with overall cost for EMM around $580......so lots of room for pofit even if price falls......as if that's going to happen with VW expecting 135,00 new EV'S in 2022.

What's Cormark telling their investors they ponied $11 mill back in March at $0.68? They are down $4.5 Mill in my count

That very well might be the case with a position of the .68 cent raise while a broker from the equity division has been trading as instructed for Cormark. Lots of money is being made in both the short/long term timeline.
