RE:a couple of quotes from an article..............I know that the waste rock and water problem is why Emrita has been asking for all the previous reports and evaluations from the board of the ministry, as they suspect the board has been providing Magtel with the answers, there answers... However they've been stone walled by the board up to this point, but now that it there is an investigation and a judge has ordered the board to hand over all this info I'm thinking that Emerita must feel pretty confidant that this could still work out.
Emerita spent a lot of money on this, I just wonder if the courts do rule in our favour do they have the authority to just give us Aznalcollar or can just they just invalidate the whole contest? I know either way we can go after damages, but just wonder about that..
