RE:I have read this 3 times....................This being a translated article could be part of your confusion, but it seems to me that the judge is siding towards EMOs claims and away from the Andalusian Governments (or more specifically that governing body that awarded the mining rights).... By virtue that a lot of what the judge reiterated is what EMO was complaining about.  

I'll admit that it sounds like no resolution has be decided on yet and the investigation continues and they might now be investigation the people involved in the corruption, but it seems more and more that this will conclude in our favour... The only question is how long will this take...
