Wonder why shareholders couldn't log in with control number?

Funny mngmnt "sets up" ability to ask Q's at AGM but I couldn't log in with either of my control # and emerita2023 password
Had to attend as "guest", no ability to ask Q's

Only 66,000,000 shares voted out of 207,000,000? Aparently that's a "quorum"

43 cent shares....new 52W low...real vote of confidence for Crooked David and rest of mngmnt by Mr Market
