Excerpt from EMPR's latest NR:

"The Hybrid engagement is for an initial period of six months and then may be renewed for successive three-month terms, unless terminated by the company in accordance with the engagement. Hybrid will be paid a monthly fee of $15,000, plus applicable taxes, during the initial term."
