RE: RE: RE: RE: Base formationMom and pop sellers:  look at the last 2 weeks.  They're the same nuts who jumped on top of a wave that was just about to break. it could have been flashing lights on some computerized day trade system, or just some wild speculation.  But it was a lot of very small orders that carried it over .12 cents.

But look at the lat two (or more) months:  That was deep and prolonged buying, tens of millions, from the depths of a market bottom of 3 cents all the way up to 10-12 cents.  That was clearly institutional activity. 

Look, a bunch of insititutions are in on the deal and they haven't financed with anyone other than an insider, Frank Lang, so you add 2+2.  I get four from that equation, how about you?
