Stupid Deal!Ceo implies there are deals BUT the deals are stupid.
Surveying is taking place and news should be coming about burgundy.

It sounds like this financing was to give more time to negotiate rather than drilling.

All participants from prior PP's are participating.(by the sound of it)

Burgundy bow tied and ready? A starter pack and requires major investment to drill.

Leveraging assets mclymont 

Sounds more like the spin out is coming.

Improving share price with no news of drill results...how?

Well,if there are "stupid deal" at least ENDR has some value.
