RE:Finally this Technology is Going to get Mass MarketedSo Enpar have "signed a licensing agreement with Fontus Water Pvt. Ltd., which is based in India, to market ENPAR’s array of state-of-the-art water treatment technologies in select regions of Asia & Africa."
And presumably that really includes India given also "Speaking of the Indian scenario and their endeavor, Sunil Ghorawat, Managing Director for Fontus Water ..."
But also remember May 27, 2013, NR: Apsu Water Technology Inc. Licence … Over the past two months, APSU and an experienced scientific team in India have rigorously tested ENPAR's electrochemical water treatment system. APSU will market ENPAR's suite of novel water treatment technologies for specific applications within several regions of Asia. [Which?]
So do we think they (APSU) still have a (non-overlapping) licence, or did that quietly die?
Especially with Fondus' Ghorawat on the board, is there a conflict of interest problem, not in the licences themselves if there is no overlap, but there could be general commercial confientiallity problems?
Anyway, nice to see a partner put some money in, hopefully we're off to the races (or at least the water trough!)
