NR - IR Extension, cheap vesting

NR - IR Extension, cheap vestingNew NR extends Paradox IR for two more years, 800k shares at 10c, and $78k/yr plus taxes.

Hm, well presumably negotiations started before recent rise, but 10c seems a bit cheap anyway?
Or maybe this is a reward for suddenly having done something (to assist recent sp raise)? But that is part of their job anyway so don't go for that.

Difficult to get excited about an IR firm that apparently has no real web site, https://www.paradox-pr.ca/
Prsentement en construction/
Currently under construction

Especially as they spell their address on the "web site" differently to what everybody else does:
1178, Place Philips Suite 250
vs 1178, Place Phillips Suite 250

What do they do/have they done for their money? I see they were first appointed in Oct 2010, at the same rate, but with 25c vesting options, sp has been downhill since then in fact.

I wonder if they read this board?
