They can exercise those options at any given price; however, most choose to do so when the market stock price is above the options strike price. The holder of the option gets paid the $difference.
All options and representative reserved shares, are already accounted for in the stock dilution, and have no material impact moving forward.
They did not issue options on the licensing;but, rather were options that were issued most likely to Starseed mgmt as part of WeedMd incentive program.
