RE:RE:Eight capital are no idiotsThat is true.  However, Eight cannot afford to mess up its relationship with its institutional accounts by selling them junk.  That being said, these underwriters rarely do their due diligence.  Bet there wasn't one question on the bring down due diligence session by the underwriters.
