New Board Nominee

The famous and successful Canadian entrepreneur, Bruce Croxon, has been nominated to be a director to the board. If approved by sharefolders, he will be replacing current director Michael Pesner.

IMO, Bruce Croxon is not the type of investor or businessman who would lend his name, time, and expertise to a failing enterprise. Actually, quite the opposite.

It was in the proxy circular sent out last night for the annual shareholders meeting to be held July 24th.
