RE:ECO

RE:ECOI agree, ECO is well positioned, If not for the price of oil ECO would have greatly benefited from the news.  ECO has a block right next to the 100,000 per day Jubilee field and now Kms from the massive Exxon discovery. Management and the board appear to have a longer term view in spite of market sentiment.  These are well to do baystreet individuals with strong financial backgrounds, The use of the NCIB was a good strategy. They appear to know they have something of significant value by area play alone. Majors including Tullow cutting capex will delay ECOs efforts.  As long as they preserve cash and do not dilute there could be some real value.  These are discoveries with tens of billions of dollars and have low country risk due to stability in Guyana who needs development.  That has to have some spec value eventually let alone if a 3D seismic program led to a drilling arrangement. The stock is tightly held and the NCIB shook out the weak hands.  I am going to tuck mine away and re-visit in 12 to 18 months. Good luck....
