Recurring revenue

Wouldn't mind seeing a bolt on purchase of a producing asset. I understand the business model of moonshot leases but the amount of time between catalysts is rough. Say they used $5 million at a 10% IRR it would at least cover overhead. It would also give a leg of stability to ECO. Gil pulled a rabbit out of his hat with the Solar deal. He is clearly a savvy businessman. I am kind of surprised he hasn't pick up a small producing property or two.

I never hear much about that solar deal.  They were probably feeliing real positive about that Gazania well that did not turn out.  I was reading comments on Yahoo, and someone was bashing Orinduik.  It will be nice to see some positive exploration results so the bashers can disappear.

I beleive after permitting and all the Solar deal or Solear I think it was called, netted around a million. To me as a long term investor I believe in the acrage but would like to see some diversification. Gil's a smart guy, I'd imagine going into the office every day has to be boring. Access to capital isn't much of an issue here either. I mean I would even support ECO taking a piece ...more
