I Attempted To Transferred Assets

From Charles Schwab into Fiuedlity, and Fidelity did not want to do the transfer because I had Eco Atlantic and Scandium International in my holdings.

Scotia Bank uses itrade, and those folks don't allow traders to buy Eco Atlantic so I'd guess your Scandium isn't the problem.
