They hold exploration licenses for some of the best offshore drilling locations at the time being.  They also have cash in the bank, and TOTAL will drill a couple wells for them next year off of the South African coast. There are wells being drilled on the Canje block off of Guyana this year by Exxon Mobil.  Their working interest is very small at about 1.3%, but that might add some
