If financing is not going to be an issue than it would actually be better to go at it alone because than the total numbers (in the resource estimate) are 100% Encanto's with no need to split 50% or whatever with anyone else. Very nice to know there is possibly someone with very deep pockets sitting in our corner ready to invest in native interests.
I think it also says something about the management of this company. The opportunity was there all along to claim the land if you were able to work with the local native communities. No one even thought of it. Their land is right in the "heart of potash country." In comes Encanto with their team; do the deals and sign the papers and come back with the goods right under the noses of the majors who failed to see the potential that was there. I love it. Certainly is a niche which no one else has chosen to cash in on until Encanto. Hats off to the management of Encanto for finding value and opportunity where others failed to do so.
