The company knew well in advance that the vote wasn't going to be done on Oct. 1, but yet they waited until after trading on Friday Sept 30 to announce the vote had been moved to Nov. 26. A date that was shared prior on a facebook page!!! Whether you are long or short....that was not the right way to deal with the date change. Doesn't matter the reason it wasn't right, that's called sandbagging. I've been a quiet EPO shareholder with a long position and purchased some more for a short term holding in anticipation of the vote...now I get to see that drop as well. not bashing as I hope to make money on this one day, just stating the facts.
