in reading all these posts about the Band People, i really feel that most of you folks do not give these Band members credit...they are inteligent people who will vote as they see fit for the best for them selfs..the same as
any group would do..calling them poor etc etc etc and such comments just shows the posters lack of respect for the Canadian Indian Peoples,having worked with these groups myself for over 35 years the one comment that i would make is .......get to know them on a one to one basis and you will find that they are just like you and me,same wants and desires.
yes they have a few different groups with in the band,,,,, take a look at canadian politics...any difference...not..
when the dust settles after the vote the majority will rule..
