You are almost certainly right about another financing coming soon.

My suggestion to avoid this is quite simple.

The management should immediately stop all activity with regard to the project.  They should then announce that as soon as the bank account is empty they will declare bankruptcy and close the doors.  Immediately after, they should all resign from the board and return to their lives as millionaires and billionaires.  We, the shareholders, will of course lose every penny we have invested.  By this simple strategem we avoid another financing and dilution.

If that happens, I will be a bit sad about the project not going forward and i will sulk for a few minutes and then accept the fact that I made a bad high risk investment and move on with my life.

Given the amount of time that some of you spend making poo poo in your panties every time the share price drops a half penny, I expect a rash of unexplained suicides in basements all over north america if this happens.

I have been involved with companies that built projects.....they raised money and they continued development until they finally completed the project and I made money.  It never happens fast enough and sometimes it's vexing to have to wait but I can tolerate their disregard as long as I eventually make a fortune.

It is how the world of business works.....you'll understand  that one day after you've achieved puberty (although I doubt some of the posters on here will ever get there).

The alternative to raising money is going broke and dying.  You can accept that or sell your  shares and put your pennies back under your mattress).  Nobody much cares what you do..

Good luck to all real investors!

PS....I'm willing to listen if some of our resident 'geniuses' can provide a viable solution whereby we can pay our bills without money and move the project forward more rapidly.

Please reply with something more substantial than "come on, stavros, get it done!!!!"
