RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Bought at 12.5

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Bought at 12.5The answer is in the very first paragraph of the press release.  The answer is "NO".  We are a step closer.....possibly the final step but the two phrases I've highlighted clearly state we do not yet have an offtake.  You're welcome!

They have built "the foundation" but not the house.  The second part clearly states "pending final negotiations on the offtake".  So, no offtake yet.

Encanto Potash Corp. ("Encanto" or the "Company") (TSXV:  EPO) has successfully completed the foundation for an evolutionary offtake agreement with the National Federation of Farmers' Procurement, Processing and Retailing Cooperatives of India Ltd ("NACOF"). The terms of the offtake agreement are summarized in a memorandum of agreement (the "MOA") that provides for a minimum supply of 5 million tonnes per year for a minimum 20 year term, pending final negotiations related to the offtake agreement.
