RE:To Alpha1

RE:To Alpha1If I've helped in any way, I am glad to do it but I always remind people that it's just the opinion of an anonymous poster and you need to do your own DD.

The main problem with Encano's share price, I believe, is that we have a junior company with relatively little in assets that set out to negotiate the biggest, most lucrative offtake agreement in the history of junior miners, wants to start a trading company and construct a $3 billion mine.  It's on an FN reserve and the climate for investing in potash is not good at the moment..it's a seemingly impossible task.

NOBODY BELIEVES THEY CAN DO IT SO INVESTORS ARE RELUCTANT.

People are unconvinced and want to see concrete proof of achievements.  That's understandable.....not everyone has my tolerance for risk, my faith or my patience.  If they're not comfortable with the risk scenario, they are wise to wait.

What encourages me is that I have some understanding of business and government....I know that principals don't spend all this time and money to negotiate huge offtakes unless they are confident in the outcome.  This indicates, to me, that we are rapidly (sort of) approaching finalized contracts and profits.

I have no argument with those who disagree....we all do it differently.  Thanks to you for the compliment, do your own DD and good luck to you!
