Go, while I maintain my faith that Encanto will eventually pay me well for my patience, I have to agree with you that the promotion side is totally insufficient.  Gary's job has become (or still is) to answer the phone and make happy noises....that is just not good enough.  I've come to the conclusion that talking to him is a complete waste of time....I need information, not a pat on the back!

It does no good to have the best product in the world if no one knows you exist.  If epo actually has the goods, they need to start advertising that fact.  Since talking to Gary is a waste of time, I'm going to try to contact stavros to express my annoyance with the lack of information and advertising.
