RE:RE:Speculation...

RE:RE:Speculation...I don't believe Encanto is going to sell it to anyone and certainly not to Canpotex.
Anyone trying a hostile takeover will meet determined resistance that will tie it up in court for years.  For example, if India has stated in the contract that the contract will be null and void in the event of a hostile takeover then encanto is worse than worthless to a prospective buyer because the Canadian government would force them to construct the mine and operate it which means they'd have more potash but no customer.  If the FN make it clear they do not want anyone but encanto on their reserve, it could take years for a  company to get forced access to a hostile reserve.  It wouldn't be worth the trouble.  I believe anyone hoping for a fast buck sale is going to be greatly disappointed.

I believe any buyers would be discouraged but I could be wrong.  That's just a few of the reasons why I believe it won't happen.  Besides, I think this project is much bigger than just a hole in the ground in Saskabush and  the principals will not let it go without a huge battle.

The usual stuff about this being my opinion, etc. etc.
