I agree that it should be soon.  I think the negotiations are complex and difficult.  There will be some very hard bargaining because the numbers are so large.  They've been in progress for some time so they will have to end soon one way or the other.  The problem is that 'soon' means different things to different people.  I am content to wait because I believe the eventual rewards are worth it.  Do as you please.
