How I see it...
How I see it...I see the following events in play (no particular order)
Securing first sale on OT to India
I believe this to be the main focus right now. With China having just set the floor for Potash...India now needs to accept the new reality that they are paying more than last year. Our partner (existing potash producer) and EPO must agree on our commission on the sale. I think this is where we are at right now. Stavros is negotiating the numbers.
Securing working capital funding from Third Party
Im sure we have a few options here...just a matter of accepting what's being offered. Let's hope Stavros has our back on this one and its not too dilutive.
Securing Federal Funds from Ottawa
We will get $$$ for this project. If Trudeau can give $10.5 million to a convicted killer LOL...we should get all $$$ we can qualify for with the numerous programs available.
Securing major Partner(s) for our project
I have to agree with mdjbrown...the market dynamics need to improve. I don't think we are going to get anyone to step up and invest several $100 million right now.
However...this is where it gets interesting for me. How can we secure a partner to provide Potash today for our OT Agreements if the mine is not 'imminent'? Wouldn't the existing Potash producers simply wait for us to die and go away? We are about to see how loyal India is in supporting our OT Agreements.
I expect to see somehting on the Trading Co. very soon. India has to buy very soon. It's has to go through Encanto...or it's over.
