Consider this...

Consider this...Encanto just received a $100 million line of credit with no interest payment required AND the cost of accessing this line of credit is merely the exchange of stock at a 10% discount to current trading value.  Pretty sweet desal if you ask me...

What strikes me when I first read this news was...WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND...would offer this to a Canadian junior mining company Trading on the Venture exchange for $0.05 CDN???  

One could make the case that they could buy the whole company for this amount like several of our predecessors did...for similar amounts or slightly higher.   

GEM is a very experienced investment firm in the global resource space...they know how to evaluate risk sooooooo...

CONSIDER THIS...what did Daskos share/show GEM to entice them to sign this deal?  When Daskos opened the curtain...what did GEM see?

I'll leave it to you to let your imaginations run wild.
